I have a question about free trials that I am hoping you could clarify.<br /><br /><br /><br />In your first chart above (green shading), does the free trial customers belong under the "New Customers" column? And what if they churn before they start paying, does that show up in column 0? <br /><br /><br />Or do you recommend "New Customers" only be your paying customers and possibly place a new column: trial-to-paying percentage ?<br /><br />Also, what do you do if your free trial is only 14 days long but you bill your customers monthly.
